I’m a new soul
I came to this strange world
Hoping I could learn a bit ’bout how to give and take

Graduation is a time of thrill, anxiety and hope, of being in complete power. The power of standing at the threshold of achievement and the rush, arrogance and pride of being in control.

June is graduation time. From high schools and colleges, and it was an interesting array of expressions that I could read on these young faces. The body language, demeanor, the walk and the eyes speak a million words. This young girl I once knew has blossomed into a fine young woman, who is off to study medicine and managed a spot from a fine college and university, the immense relief and happiness in her and her parents was tangible.
Wish her the very best.
