Foods:

  1. 1st glass of warm water
  2. Coffee with 1/2 sugar
  3. Peach flavored green tea
  4. Oatmeal + 1/2 banana
  5. 2nd glass of water
  6. Activia Vanilla Yogurt
  7. 3rd glass of water
  8.  1/2 cup of chick peas + tomato + red pepper 
  9. 4th glass of water 
  10. 1 cup of tamarind rice 
  11. 5th glass of water 
  12. 1/2 cup of chocolate light soy milk 
  13. 1.5 pesarattu (moong daal dosa :))
  14. 1 shortbread cookie + almond/cranberry clusters *yes, I brought the hamper home and made a tiny dent in it
  15. 6th glass of water 

Alright, so I did OD on the sugar though I was okay with the carbohydrates and the protein levels. Went to the Pilates class and this time around did most of the stretches with a rubber elastic band. It was a completely different set and boy, it does get exhaustive. 

It is going to be a crazy weekend starting Friday on and I am just hoping I’d still be able to keep this going despite the parties and craziness. 

Tomorrow will be a better day. 🙂
