It’s super cold outside and the charu was perfect and so was the crispy pesarattu:) . . . Also had another busy day and yes, that post will go up shortly. Not that anyone is waiting bated breath but it’s more for recording purposes. 7 hours ago by rads02 My super sprout salad and then the very artsy soup I had for lunch. . . . Salad: I sprouted some moong last week. Remember that whining on the story? Yea that. I added lettuce, yellow pepper, small onion and cucumbers. Squeezed some lime and let it sit. Dressing: steeped olive oil + ACV in a bowl wth red chilli flakes. Added it now and it has a nice kick to it. . Soup was amazing. I did add some carrots. Onions, garlic broccoli and threw it in the instant pot before I left for work. Came back churned it
2 days ago by rads02 A large bowl of rajma. Kidney beans - yep beans. And a salad of romaine lettuce and broccoli that I air fried. Added some peanuts for crunch. . . . So I’ve swapped dairy for beans. Looks promising so far but it is foolish to celebrate before any wins are recorded right?
